7 Leaves Cafe Anaheim

I've been a loyal 7 Leaves customer for years now. I usually go to the Cypress location but decided to stop by the Anaheim location because I was in the area. I have never been to a 7leaves with this rude of employees. First all, walking in the 2 girls working there look at you and then look away, not even a smile or a welcome in (which other 7 leaves locations usually do). That's fine, I wait for a little before one comes to me and asks "How can I help you?" in a manner as if im disturbing her. I order a drink, she says "go ahead and tap", I pay and say thank you while she doesn't utter a simple thank you or no worries back. She's just looking at me rudely like she did when i walked in. The other girl behind the counter put my drink out, again I say thank you and she also says nothing back and glares at me. I sat there for a while doing some work with other people around, while the whole time the workers and I guess their coworkers/friends who came in later on to do work there were the only ones talking obnoxiously loud. I caught them giving me dirty looks a couple times the whole time I was there. Not one smile or word of politeness the whole time. Mind you, I always kept my man

I waited 15 minutes past when my mobile order was supposed to be ready and watched people walk in and order in person and get their drinks right away. The staff was completely ignoring the mobile orders and letting them just print. Don't waste your time placing a mobile order. You might as well go inside and order or just wait in the Drive-Thru.

Amazing experience. I usually go to Starbucks however my sister in law swore by this place and it didn't disappoint! The coffee was amazing and so was my croissant. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

1. The shop space is clean, bright, and always has a cool, comfortable temperature. (Suitable for studying or chilling) they have seats both inside and outside. 2. The food is quite flavorful, but for my taste, they are a bit dry. But if you are craving for a snack, it will still be one of my choices. Their drinks are delicious compared to other branches, I like the taste of the water here better. The different flavors of the water are clear, strong, and made quite quickly. 3. The staff are very friendly, active and quick. The learning speed of making water is quite stable, and the water is made according to the order. I like this!

I stopped by this 7 Leaves location on my way back to my cousin house so I can get Thai Tea for my wife. We arrived to this 7 Leaves location around 7pm and there was basically no one in the drive through lane. I got 2 Large Thai Tea with no ice, no boba and easy sweetness. I also got my cousin a Thai tea with boba and house coffee for his mom. Keep in mind if you ask for no ice on the house coffee, they only fill it 3/4 of the way. The person working the drive thru made us aware of that when we asked for no ice. I believe if you wanted the House Coffee to be filled all the way up then you might have to pay extra. Going through the drive-through lane was simple and the menu was easy to read because all the lights were working.
